TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The company NAYE’S PET HOTEL, during your pets stay at our hotel, hereby has the obligation to:
1. Fumigate pets before entering the hotel
2. Provide 2 daily outings within the confines of the property.
3. Provide ONLY the food, and treats that you as an owner brings. Provide said food, and treats only inside your pet’s cage.
4. Keep the kennels closed while eating, and sleeping.
5. Supervision at all times inside, and outside the hotel.
6. Camera monitoring when they are on their, nap and sleep schedule.
7. Videos, and relaxing music (white sound).
8. All doggie water bowls have fresh water at all times. In the summer months we add ice chips, and freeze water so that the water is cold at all times.
9. The nap schedule is from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, which will be done INSIDE EACH ASSIGNED PET CAGE.
10. «We will give you 90 minutes of extra time to pick up your pet at no additional charge, after this time the charge will be $10 per hour maximum two hours…after the two hours you will be charged a day care or boarding overnight care”
11. If your pet requires that we administer medicines (which you must bring) there will be an additional charge of $5 per day, if your stay is for more than a week in our hotel, the maximum payment you will make for this service is $35
The pet owner has the obligation to:
Inform the caregiver of all, and any limitations your pet may have. Examples of limitation below;
1. If your pet has any physical or mental disability, and/or ailment that may make him or her feel uncomfortable with other people, and animals.
2. If your pet chews, bites, or swallows, toys or objects.

IMPORTANT NOTE: THE FLOORS OF OUR PATIOS ARE MADE OF STONE, AND CEMENT SO YOUR PETS SOMETIMES WHEN RUNNING, AND PLAYING MAY HAVE SMALL BURNS ON THE PADS OF THEIR PAWS

Through my signature I release the company Naye’s pet hotel LLC, for loss, theft, death or injury that my pet may suffer under the care of the hotel staff, and assuming all medical expenses, ______________________ as well as property damage caused by my pet ________________________.
I HAVE READ AND FULLY ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE. I UNDERSTAND AND CONFIRM THAT BY SIGNING THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE I HAVE WAIVED FUTURE LEGAL RIGHTS. I HAVE SIGNED THIS WAIVER FREELY, VOLUNTARILY, WITHOUT DURATION OR THREAT OF DURATION, WITHOUT INDUCEMENT, PROMISE OR GUARANTEE THAT WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO ME.
MY SIGNATURE IS PROOF OF MY INTENTION TO EXECUTE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL WAIVER AND THE RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
I AM 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND MENTALLY COMPETENT TO PARTICIPATE IN GRANTING THIS WAIVER.
I declare that the above is true and correct.
